I am a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, but moved to Fort Smith, AR in 1990. I grew up loving sports and am a decorated track and basketball athlete. I moved to Fayetteville with an academic scholarship to attend the University of Arkansas where I studied Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and minored in Economics. I fell in love with this area. I am a happily married mom to three beautiful girls. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, taking Jazzercise and Barre classes, going on long runs, lifting weights, practicing yoga, reading good books, listening to great music and cooking delicious food. My philosophy is enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Alicia was great to work with! Because we were moving in state as well as selling and buying a home at the same time, she made sure our visits to Arkansas were well spent finding the right home. She offered to take on as much of the stressful tasks as possible so our transition to the state would be smooth. She did a FaceTime call to show us a potential home and even worked during her vacation to get our offer accepted. I was an upcoming junior level college student looking for a house to rent all on my own which was really overwhelming. After reaching out to Alicia about seeking help with finding a place, she immediately sent me houses that fit the accommodations my roommates and I had within days. She is very time efficient and extremely easy to get ahold of and additionally replies back quickly.
