Serving others well is something that is satisfying for all concerned. Good ole' fashioned service and professionalism is far and few between and I am doing my part to keep it alive in NELA.
What makes great service better than the average? For starters, communication and often. Most people today feel like a number and like it is hard to find someone that actually cares. Giving my clients regular updates even when there isn't anything new to report, lets them know I haven't forgotten about them and I am still working hard for them.
Being an exceptional Realtor requires more than just sticking a sign in your yard and waiting for the phone to ring. It requires keeping social media posts alive and fresh for listings, making virtual tours of listings, spending extra time writing detailed descriptions, paying out of pocket for extra advertising, ordering the company drone package for luxury homes, spending extra time with buyers trying to help them see past what is on the surface, sending cards out to certain neighborhoods for buyers, and the list goes on and on. "It's all in the details" couldn't be more true!
My goal is to strive to be the best I can be, for me and for my clients. It is time to expect more and raise the standard.
