Theresa is exactly the kinda of realtor you want she is very knowledgeable and she communicates very clearly what she is doing or going to do and why, she will also talk to you on what buyers are looking for when you are selling your property. Theresa sold my property the first day it was on the market and for $2500.00 over the asking price, and was there every step of the way to closing (and after if needed) My only complaint is that i could not use her for my agent when i left NJ and moved to NC, she did help me in the process of finding a good agent in this state. September 2020 Terri helped me purchase my first home 8 years ago and when my wife and I were ready to upgrade and find our forever home, we turned to Terri without considering anyone else. As we were preparing to list our house, we found a bank-owned property in our first-choice neighborhood that we knew was the one. We heard through our small-town grapevine the property had dozens and dozens of inquiries within hours of being on the market, so we knew we had to make a move right away if we were going to have a chance. Terri researched intensely with us as we worked to develop an offer that was competitive without being crazy. We got the property and our offer was right on the money with the appraisal.
