0225029232Looking to sell or buy a home in King George or Westmoreland County? We are here to help make this experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. For over 30 years my family and I have lived and worked in the Colonial Beach and King George area. I love what I do as both a Managing Broker and Agent. Although I am a 2 generation Realtor, I did not go directly into real estate. For many years I was a school teacher. The skills learned as a teacher has helped me educate my clients and agents on current trends in real estate, as well as becoming a good communicator.
My family and I strongly believe in giving back to the community and we do so through multiple ministries in our church and currently, I serve as a founding member of the King George-Dahlgren Rotary. I have also served as a Sunday school teacher for Grace Church of Fredericksburg, where we have been members for over 25 years. When time allows, my husband and I love to travel around the Northern Neck to tour the local wineries and go camping around the state.
How I Serve Clients
Using the skills and knowledge that I have gained with over almost 20 years of service to my clients, I strive to provide the best possible service. I ensure that I stay in constant communications with my clients and that they will get the best available guidance throughout the real estate transaction. Protecting the buyer or sellers interest and giving straight-forward advice has been the hallmark of my long career.
I have been dedicated to improving the industry and myself since I began my career. I have served the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors as their President and continue to serve as an educator. This involvement has helped me to stay sharp and up-to-date on the latest information in this ever-changing industry.
Marrying my knowledge and experience with the latest tools and technologies promises to give my clients the best chance of realizing their goals in the real estate transaction. I have experience with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors and have bought, sold and invested in homes myself.
How I Serve Our Associates
As a Broker, my highest priority is ensuring that the Associates I serve are well informed and have the latest tools at their disposal. I make myself constantly available to the agents by a variety of communication options.
Through coaching and mentoring, I use my experience in the industry to give the agent the best possible opportunity to find success in their careers. I've been a broker for over 15 years and know what it takes to be a great agent. I work hard to make sure those traits are conveyed to those who I work with.

My Client Testimonials
The testimonial from Steve Dillenschneider is below.
"After the deal was done, the seller told me, "Latana made it sound like you didn't have another penny to offer." Yep, Latana is a stern negotiator. Outstanding!"
LaTana was very helpful and understanding of my needs. She was always available whenever I had
questions. If I ever need to purchase another property, I will definitely seek her assistance.
