I heartily recommend Dave Eary. I bought a condo in Richmond from my home in Ecuador and everything went smoothly thanks to Dave. It isn't always easy to purchase property from such a great distance. Dave always responded to my calls or e-mails quickly. If I had questions, he was able to give me accurate information. He arranged for an excellent home inspector, and the mortgage company I used. Everything went smoothly and all I had to do was show up for closing. Thank you Dave!
