I started off as an investor, then as a partner in real estate development in CA over 30 years ago. Over 17 years ago I became a licensed Realtor and have acquired in depth experience working with investors, commercial acquisitions, home buyers/sellers, short sales and pre-foreclosure transactions. My skill set includes contract negotiations, marketing, and providing the necessary information so that my clients are able to make educated decisions.
