Ideal experience working with Tony to buy our new house and sell our old house. Thanks to his talent in making offers, we bought a house at asking price (below market value) during the peak in Sept 2020. More recently with the market turning down, he sold our old house for 13% over asking price, with record number of tours (great staging and photos!) and quick closing. His connections to contractors helped us fix some issues discovered during inspection and stay on schedule. Professional and smooth experience all around.

Tony was really amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I had a lot to learn a out the process. Tony was great at pointing out things we hadn't considered about houses that ended up being super important. He also was very honest about our chances for certain houses we saw, and since the Seattle market is crazy competitive this was so valuable for us. He was also very honest about what things might need to be fixed with general ballpark estimates of what to expect for costs. This was great for us since we've never owned a home and haven't had to think about repairs/renovation costs before. Lastly, Tony is just a very personable and fun guy! I think he's very trustworthy and hilarious and I'm sad I won't be seeing him as much anymore. Overall, this was a great experience thanks to him, and I can't recommend him enough!
