    Teri was both my rental property manager and real estate agent when I decided to sell my condo. She did a superb job! As a manager, she shielded me from any headache with tenant issues (and I surely had some angst-inducing tenants prior to her taking over). As my seller/lister agent, she quickly help sell my condo at a very competitive rate and in only 1 month timeframe. I could not ask for a more qualified and capable agent like Teri. Highly recommended.
