I found Joan while browsing the internet for housing in Tennessee, I believe on trulia.com. She sent me e-mails of several properties in and around Humboldt. I enjoyed her thoroughness and felt that she is a reliable, likeable person. When I finally arrived in Humboldt, Joan was unavailable due to prior commitments. Joan did an outstanding job of taking care of all the details of selling my mom's home. This was especially important since my mom was in assisted living and I lived 12 hours away. Could not have done it without her professionalism and more importantly, her caring.

Attempting to sell a home from long distance is a daunting task. To have someone who you can trust in this type of situation is critical. Joan is a total professional who went above and beyond in helping me to sell my mother's home in Humboldt. (I live in VA). She handled everything including finding resources to help move my mom's furniture and clean out the house after the sale. She would also insure that Mom, who was living in assisted living at the time, signed all the needed documents in a timely manner. In order to do this, she would have to drive to Jackson to get mom's signature on the paperwork. She made the process effortless for me. I can't thank her enough.
