We had a terrible time looking at a million houses and putting in tons of offers, loosing out on houses. We had given up hope, but Brad never did. He kept looking and once we found a last hope house to put an offer on, he worked mercilessly and got us the house!

Brad is the best ever. I've dealt with my fair share of agents and Brad is by far the best. He listens to what you want and delivers. Every house he showed us he went through every room with us and answered every question and gave us his honest opinion. Brad is extremely knowledgeable about construction and that was a huge help! Brad is not about making a sale, he is about making his clients happy. Thank you Brad for helping us find our dream home!

Brad Spry was personable, respectful, and helpful in every aspect of our first home-buying experience. (And may I add, patient). He helped us explore areas of interest to us since we were moving quite a distance and were not familiar with this State. He was knowledgeable about heating systems, etc. that were different systems than we were used to. He persisted until he found us the perfect retreat in the woods by a babbling creek...thank you, Brad.

Should You Skip Your Home Inspection?

The pandemic has brought on some tough challenges in the housing market, especially for buyers. Some buyers are even resorting to waiving their home inspection rights to try to get a leg up on the competition. As REALTORS, we advise against that, because the home inspection is such an important part of the home buying process.  Waiving your home inspection comes wi...
