I met Saeed Nia about eight years ago when he had a house listed for another builder in a subdivision where I was building. We were in a tough market then and his listing was made tougher by the fact that it backed up to a busy street. He called me several times during that period to show my house, which I was always happy to let him do. On several occasions I met him at my listing and was very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. He persisted and eventually sold his client's house. Several years later I bought two lots on the same street from a bank that had foreclosed on them. I built a market house on one of them and remembered what a great job Saeed had done down the street so I listed it with him. He came by my house daily to check it out and keep me updated on traffic, customer comments, and any maintenance that needed to be done. He held open houses regularly on the weekends and had either himself or another Crye-Leike agent in the house at least one day of almost every weekend. I sold that house quickly for full price and then built the other one which Saeed also sold quickly, also for full price. Since then Saeed has listed and sold several houses for me, always showing the same level of hard work and dedication. I have recommended Saeed to many friends and fellow builders. He is about to list another house for me that I have had rented for about five years and I have no doubt that it will be sold in a timely manner.
