About 18 months ago Kim helped us find our fixer upper in the heart of Bartlett. After a year long renovation we moved in and switched our focus to getting our other home ready to sell. Once ready I called Kim again and within days she had it listed and the first day had numerous showings and 4 offers. We just closed and I couldn't be happier. Kim was very helpful. She went out of her way meeting with my contractor several times to get the home ready to be sold. Living in Florida it was impossible to run to the house every time something was needed at the house. Her advice was extremely helpful when I needed work done on the roof saving me at least $10.000. The house went under contract within 2 hours of listing, and sold 22 days later. Try and top that!!!!

We LOVED working with Kim! She definitely went above and beyond. I was all by myself as my husband had already moved to our new location, so Kim offered to assist in any way possible. She even helped us out when we accidentally got locked out of our house while the movers were packing things up, she came right over with the code and card to the keypad on the door and let us in.
