We have had the pleasure of working with Kevin on two separate real estate purchases. First purchasing a rental dwelling, and second purchasing an almost 7 acre piece of land to built our dream home. We really can't say enough good things about Kevin. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He met with us mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Working with Kevin made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend Kevin.

Kevin was referred to us by a co-worker, Romaine Scott, and needless to say, I understand why Romaine referred Kevin. He was awesome! We were impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, and pleasant, calm demeanor. He didn't make us feel that we were wasting his time. And speaking of which, he was always on time when we were viewing homes as well. He made us feel that he was completely vested in finding us the best home that we would like and not that he would like and give him a bigger commission. When it is time for us to sell our home, he would be our go-to realtor :)

After working with Kevin for four months through ups and downs of selling a home in another city, moving with our infant, and searching endlessly to find the right home for our family, my husband and I were consistently impressed with Kevin's patience, encouragement, and dedication. We always felt like we were his most important clients and never felt like a burden, even when we had to take breaks during showings to feed our 4-month-old. We started off looking in several different areas of Memphis and Germantown, and we were highly impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the entire area. He also kept our best interest in mind throughout the entire process, reminding us of things to check for and teaching us a few new things to consider as we looked at a wide variety of homes in different price ranges and locations. He really is excellent at what he does, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking and diligent agent who will go to bat for you and does not miss a beat.

During my career in executive relocation I was fortunate enough to be a part of roughly 1,000 different closings. So when it came time for my own relocation and purchase I was coming in with high standards. Kevin knocked it out of the park! Communication is my number 1 priority in any transaction and Kevin started off on the right foot. With us being new to the area, he spent time to not only listen to what we wanted but really understand what we were looking for. Based on his attention to detail and local knowledge he helped locate the area that was correct for our family. Beyond communicating, executing on what you communicated is critical. Kevin possesses one of the highest say/do relationships in any individual I've worked with. He was never afraid to admit when he didn't know something and would always follow up with an answer or solution with speed and accuracy. Being a relocation client can be stressful but having Kevin as our agent helped to reduce a lot of that stress. My family and I placed our full trust in Kevin and he delivered in every way possible. I give him a lot of credit for helping deliver us to closing smoothly and on time. He's easily in the top 1% of realtors I've worked.

Kevin has been a tremendous help to my wife and me as we have recently been in the process of buying our first home. Kevin has walked us through every step of the process making sure that we understood everything so that no question was left unanswered. We have never felt as though we did not have all of the information needed to make an informed decision. Kevin has also been very upfront and truthful with us about possible homes to buy even cautioning us against certain things that could have been easy for him to gloss over. He also asked us questions about how we felt about each home so that he could make sure to find us the house that fit our needs the best, not just one that he wanted to make a sale on. We have been very satisfied with his service and would easily recommend him to a friend, family member, or anyone looking to buy a house in the Memphis area.

Kevin was incredibly patient, sincere, knowledge yet warm throughout the entire process. We have referred coworkers to Kevin even before our closing!! He made our first home buying experience, not just successful, but pleasant!

    Housing Starts, February 19, 2020

The following is NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun's reaction to the release from the U.S. Commerce Department on new home construction:"The latest month's decline in housing starts is nothing to be concerned about. This housing data is quite jumpy. What is important is the trend line, which is clearly on an upward path. Higher housing permit issuances are also a positive indicator for even greater production in the months ahead.Housing starts of 1.57 million units (annualized rate) in January fo...
