Frank walked me through purchasing my first rental property. He was patient pointing out pros and cons of the homes I was interested in viewing. I had no idea what I was doing and Frank's knowledge of the areas, needed and not needed improvements and steps involved in purchasing a rental home made the process painless. He was always available to answer questions and made sure I didn't drop the ball on any needed paperwork. I could not have been any more pleased with the whole process. Frank was incredibly helpful in both trying to find a house that met our needs and being very prompt with making appointments, etc., when we found houses that piqued our interest, too.
