Christy was efficient from the beginning of the process, until the end! She found us a home in less than 2-weeks, had us under contract and closed within 3-weeks. Christy sold our former home in less than a weeks time by successfully have an open house which brought in more than 25 people, and, one of those was the buyer! Christy was invaluable in facilitating the sale of our home. We were no longer in the area as we had moved out of state. She took care of everything from staging the house to securing a buyer. We were closed and done in under four weeks! She has a personal touch and laser focus. My only regret is that she won't be here in our new state to help us buy our next home.
