Katrini Burgin

I bought a rental house in Payette, Idaho late last year and Katrini Bergin was absolutely wonderful in helping me do repairs and finding me local contractors and getting a good tenant for me. She even re-negotiated her property management fee with me. She continues to be a wonderful realtor for me. I bounce ideas off her frequently. I can't recommend her highly enough. She's utterly trustworthy, ethical and has lots of integrity. I am so grateful I found her!

Katrini was so amazing. We are 3 time clients, and she has been the most helpful, happy, amazing agent we could ever hope for. We tried using another agent for an out of town property and dropped that agent because she was not as loyal and dedicated as Katrini. In our opinion, she deserves 7 more stars!

From our first phone conversation Katrina was up front honest and supplied me with more information than the 2 prior I tried working with. Immediately I recieved call from her with three or more places to look at again other2 I worked with never once made those kinds of attempts from the beginning even after finding out I'm on fixed income and really cant afford the prices due to market highs but she didnt mind at all and refused to give up she also found lender due to first one making no attempts to find different programs and seemed unmotivated and since than within one week found dream house for my daughter and I our first offer accepted by sellers inspection done no matter what question I throw at her she jumps right in to explain or fix and she is very encouraging and positive and that makes her Great realtor I truly believe if we would not have found her we would not be buying our home right now she is great

I bought my first house with Katrina 6 years ago and now I'm in the process of doing a custom build on a piece of land she found me. She always fights for her clients and get the best price and the best product for them. Always returns calls and will go the extra mile for you. I will use her as long as she is a realtor. I have purchased two homes and sold one with Katrini as my agent. Always resoponsive and will chase down the details. Great local knowledge. Was a great help during closing while I was out of town for work. Super easy to work with and really goes the distance to help.
