Katie grew up in Elizabeth, Colorado while spending summers in Detroit Lakes visiting her family. She moved to Park Rapids in 2006 to finish out her last two years of high school. Katie attended BSU and graduated with a degree in teaching social studies. Katie graduated with the Outstanding Graduate in Social Studies Award, a cum laude designation and had a beautiful baby boy her sophomore year. Katie has always loved the real estate market and is very excited to have her dream job.

No complaints with this gal. I had another realtor when I bought a vacation home the previous year and but Katelyn was the listing agent for the property and was there for final walk through. I found her much more accommodating than the other realtor so I contacted her when I decided to sell a year later. Katie was always prompt and if she couldn't answer her cell when I called, she always promptly returned the call. She was also very knowledgeable and I could tell she knows her business. If I was ever to attempt to buy something again in the area, I'd definitely giver her a call.

Very satisfied with Katies skills and professional attitude towards the sale of our property. She is a warm and pleasant person to deal with. We had our property listed with 2 other companies with no results. I was disappointed in their capabilities and lack of success. They had 2 yrs. I have been in direct sales for 36 yrs. and sales mgt. I would hire her in a heartbeat! She is a great asset to her company and I am sure she brings a measure of success. Katie good luck in the future.
