    I am a Chestertown native who, after leaving the area and living many places across the country, returned 6 years ago to be closer to family. This provides me with an in-depth knowledge of the area and the unique perspective that comes from being local but also understanding the challenges that come from moving to a new area.

    Licensed in both California and Maryland with an extensive and diverse background in real estate, from settlement officer and title agent to residential and commercial property management and new home sales, I am here to help you understand and navigate the process.

    As an avid runner and cyclist, I can often be found out on the trails enjoying the beautiful scenery, or at our local YMCA. I am an artisan member of Chestertown RiverArts, A Founding Director of Women In Need, a local nonprofit, serve as a Director of our local Board of Realtors and attend Hope Fellowship.

    As a first time home buyer, Cheryl made the stressful process of buying a home easy. She was thorough, helpful and informative, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion and giving advice when needed. I always felt she held my best interests as a priority. During the height of the first lockdown, she made sure that the purchase went through smoothly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

    Christmas in Chestertown

    Chestertown can be a truly magical place during the holidays! The holiday season kicks off just after Thanksgiving with the Christmas parade and Santa's arrival.     Fall in Kent County

    September is here, school is back in session, and cooler temps are on the way! Summer was great, and for sure I'll miss it but cooler temps can mean more outside activities and the holidays are just around the corner. Stroll through the Chestertown Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and hit up the local shops downtown. Then, stop into some of our local restaurants for some outdoor dining.
