We are fast approaching the end of the first quarter of 2022!In general March marks a serious start to the buying and selling season. 2021 is in the bag. For the most part a pretty good year in Real Estate. And here in North Central Washington it was no exception. Rates have continued low; though in last two weeks we have started to move up. My thoughts is they will hit 5% by the Fall though there are many that think June could be the date.
