Hey Jesse, you were on my list of to do's today....She loved the house and it was number two of choices, but the carpet was scary...but that can be replaced. But the thing that she did not like, she is single and did not want all that land to mow....Hell I would have jumped on that myself, loved the Kitchen and THANK YOU for the nice cozy Fireplace...that was very sweet, :):) Great size and still in good shape, just was scared of the yard.Sorry Thanks so much...Maggie
