Sheena was an absolute pleasure to work with. My family was considering a relocation to Colorado Springs. She had a wealth of knowledge of the many neighborhoods in COS, and she didn't spare any details. She gave us a very detailed driving tour of neighborhoods to help us get a good feel of different neighborhoods, home prices, and house style that would be available to us. We appreciated all of her suggestions for activities to keep our small children entertained, and food recs to keep our bellies full. Sheena was a phenomenal communicator, and was available for any questions while we were visiting the area. She even last minute prepared a driving tour and recs for southern Denver!! It was refreshing to have her touch base with us, but not so much that she came off pushy or desperate. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Ultimately, we chose to not relocate. But if we had, Sheena would've been the first person to know! She's a true gem.

There were many challenges and lots of deadlines and conditions to work through, in relation to the house we were also buying, so it wasn't as simple or routine as most of our other experiences with selling our place and buying another home, as we had done, in the past. She really cares about her clients and is willing to pitch in even on a personal level to make things easier or to expedite things, as needed. I can't thank or recommend Sheena Thompson enough for her help in the sale of our house!! It was a complex situation as it was the result of going through a divorce, while both parties live out of state and out of the country, and didn't see eye to eye through the whole process.
