    I was born and raised in California. At age twenty-three, I decided I wanted more out of life and began a journey of helping people as a firefighter in the United States Air Force.  I served our country for over twenty-one years; having been stationed all around the world in places such as Guam, Portugal, and England.  I deployed eight times, and PCS¿d (moved to a different base) seven times, so I am very well versed in our military process, and moving in general.  I was stationed here in Colorado in 2013. I fell in love and decided to retire here. The people, scenery, outdoor activities and lifestyle were exactly what I was looking for. Upon retirement, I got my Real Estate license and opened CrossFit: Bonnie and Clyde.  We give all my Real Estate clients a free 12-month membership to the gym, as a way of saying thank you. I¿ve always had a passion for helping whoever I can. Since transitioning out of the military, I have put all my efforts into making sure my clients (fitness or real estate) are treated with the respect and taken care of to the best of my ability. I am well versed in our market, trends, the VA process ad the needs of our military family.     It has always been a dream of ours to own a home. However, we never felt we were ready or able to do so. After hearing our story and concerns, Clint immediately took us under his wing and created a plan for us to be successful. Even in moments where we were ready to throw in the towel, Clint gave us the assurance that we would succeed. Never before have I met someone so dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams, until I met Clint. There are businesses that show they're in it for the money and then there are businesses that show they're in it for the people. Clint has shown ,from day one, that he is in it 100% for the people and their futures. I truly believe that this dedication and commitment he has for his clients makes him a truly valuable weapon you want on your side throughout your journey. We are forever grateful that he was in ours.

    We love our home! With the market the way it was while we were looking it really matters who your realtor is. They must be knowledgeable, have great contacts, and be there for you. We were able to go under contract the first weekend we saw houses with him as our realtor. We made the mistake of having a different realtor and for months kept sending offer after offer and no luck. As much as we hated it and liked them we had to let them go. Clint and his team were able to show us all the homes we were interested in that first weekend and found our new home! We submitted an offer and were under contract that afternoon. When he told us we could not believe it since we had sent so many offers and were giving up. He was there helping us with the selling of our home and taking care of things while we were out of town. Hands down the best team in the city and would recommend him to anyone.

    Clint was referred to my family as a top notch realtor. He is just that. We told him which houses we wanted to look at and he was able to help us and we found exactly what we wanted, much faster than expected. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of the current Colorado market and any questions we had that he did not know the direct answer to he found out for us As soon as Possible. As a military family he understood the VA home loan process and helped us get up to speed on what we did not know. Clint helped us with cutting down our closing costs and we closed in under 30 days which shocked us. All in All we are extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided and our new dream home. We recommend him highly. Thank you Clint!

    The amount of effort Clint put into finding me the right house for the right price was absolutely astounding. He's knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and most of all dedicated to his clients. The man is just a work horse for his clients. No better realtor in Colorado.

    2 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Clint, from the start he handeled and exceeded all my expectations from buying my first house to selling it. He communicated with us consistently, never leaving us uninformed. He constantly went above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do because he is genuinely a great person who cares about all of his clients. I didn't feel like I was working with a stranger, he feels more like family and I truly appreciate everything he has done. From getting my house staged to setting my family up to buy our new house in Louisiana and even though he wasn't making anything off my new house he was still there helping asking how everything is going. Truly one of a kind person and if you work with anyone else I'm sorry you will miss out on such a great experience working with him and gaining a friend for life.

    Awesome Realtor, great communication skills and knows the military system very well. Clint is a true market expert and professional. I would recommend him to family and friends. He is very available and works aggressively for his clients to get them into our out of their house.
