I am writing this review in a show of appreciation for the services that Baylee Carter has provided to me. Her devotion to her clients is endless. Her knowledge of homes as well as laws of real estate and being a great liaison make the home buying process so much simpler and far more comprehensible. I have done 5 residential real estate transactions in Colorado Springs since 2017 which is also the time that I first experienced Baylees representation. She was the listing agent, I was the buyer. I witnessed Baylee and team make her client completely at ease. Meanwhile, my agent and I were hardly even on speaking terms anymore. Since that time she has represented me 3 times. Twice on buys and one sell. Absolutely great representation every time! I can not say enough about how helpful her positive, tireless attitude is when searching for a sound home in the Springs. What an amazing experience my move became when a few months ago by way of a referral from the CB agent my selling my pervious home, I got in touch with Baylee to buy a home in the Colorado Springs area. The two teamwork enabled selling my house prior to closing on my Colorado Springs home. Concurrently Baylee worked closely with my private bank's lending division, providing whatever they may have needed, without any need for direct involvement, but certainly keep me very well informed as the the plan and the execution of the transactions. Baylee presents as a very well-educated and highly intelligent individual, with knowledge covering very broad range of subject areas. From a real estate perspective her being a native Coloradan, her local knowledge is exceptional. Starting the the listing photos of my previous residence and my list of features that I was looking (and not looking) for she put together a list of 10-12 homes to see on my initial visit. I saw 3 that I would have purchased, 6 I ranked below the 3 that caught my eye. The balance were homes she wanted to see, as alternative designs. On the second visit (my buying visit) all of the homes were great fits for me. I am now living in one of these homes. In short, I have only good things to say about Baylee's exceptional work as my buying agent. Should I ever decide to move to another house, Baylee will be my agent of choice for selling my current home and if possible, my buying agent (again).
