Pete has been a blessing in disguise for us. As first-time home buyers, we obviously had a lot of questions and Pete made sure we got answers to ALL of them. He would not just tell us things so that we buy a house, but also give his honest review and genuine feedback on our choices. Even though he had a personal medical emergency during our stint, he did not let that impact our timelines to bid on a house if we liked it (we only had a little over a month to look for one!). He is super professional and personable at the same time. He made us very comfortable throughout the process. We will not even think twice before going back to him as repeat clients. He is honest about anything he sees (good and bad) in potential homes and keeps you informed of any potential road blocks with closing 3. Pete is patient and in it for the long haul. I didn't end up buying a home through Pete only because the market/price range I was looking in is so competitive that I decided to go with an area that was outside of where he works to get a house faster. However, I really appreciate all the help I got from Pete. He was great about answering any questions I had. He did research on houses to find out more than what they tell you on the website. He will get back to you quickly and is willing to show you houses pretty much whenever you are able. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend.
