Michael Saccone
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay area to a family of
entrepreneurs. They were grocers who at one time owned five medium-size grocery
stores and a warehouse facility to supply them. I literally grew up in the grocery business ¿
I was placed in a cardboard box then sent around the warehouse, down the
rollers and up conveyor belts like an amusement park ride.
I decided in my early 20s that the grocery business wasn¿t
for me and chose to go back to college, taking on a restaurant job so that I
could put myself through school. I
graduated with a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance during the worst downturn in the
history of Los Angeles area real estate, so I decided to stay in the restaurant
business.
Hospitality treated me well over the years, but I wanted to
get back to my original love, real estate. I have owned a fourplex, managed a duplex, and have flipped homes to keep myself involved
with real estate. Now I¿m back and in the game full time.
[R1] I
take great joy in exploring homes with buyers, figuring out what they like and
don¿t like until they find the perfect space and then helping to negotiate the
best outcome for them. I also find helping sellers discover the value in their
home very rewarding. Asking questions about why they bought the home in the
first place and what features they love. And of course, getting my sellers the
highest return for the most substantial investment that many people make in
their lifetime.
So, whether you¿re buying or selling a home, I¿m here to
help with the process so that everyone ends up happy with the outcome. Give me
a call today and let me help make your dreams come true!
[R1]Michael:
I took this out because it¿s unnecessary: If you didn¿t love real estate you
wouldn¿t be in this biz, and clients expect you to have the ability to help
them see what they can¿t. So better in a bio to tell people what they don¿t
know about you rather than what they expect in a broker.
