My Client Reviews
We were moving from out of state and knew nothing about Richmond. Graham spent many days showing us around Richmond and showing us houses that were in safe neighborhoods and that fit our wants. We found a house that was perfect for us and feel like we gained a lot of knowledge about Richmond! Couldn't have been happier!!!
Working with Graham made a difficult process much easier. He was always positive, even after a long day of house hunting. He was born and raised in the Richmond area so he really knows the surrounding neighborhoods. I can highly recommend him.
Graham did an amazing job to help us find our forever home. Being a native Richmonder, I thought I knew most of the areas in the West End. He introduced us to a new area that we fell in love with. Graham is so easy to work with. He is not pushy at all. We were expecting it to take several months to find our 'perfect' house, but instead fell in love with the third one we saw. Graham has gone out of his way for us. He met us Christmas weekend so that we could see a house before it even went in the market. Graham is a wonderful real estate agent and anyone would be fortunate to work with him.
Graham was a great help in buying my first home. He was very knowledgeable of the market and worked hard to get me the best deal. Graham is professional and dedicated in the work he does. I would refer him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Graham was the second realtor we worked with to buy our first house in the Richmond area. From the first conversation Graham impressed us with his attitude and ideas. We were targeting a small area and he was very knowledgeable about houses in that area. He also knew a lot about materials and potential problems with houses we saw. He was able to take us to the house we bought within hours of it hitting the market, making sure we had the first and best chance at it. He was very friendly and professional through the whole process and helped inform and guide us through each step (offer, negotiations, etc.). He was also very easy to work with (electronic documents) while I traveled for work. I can't think of anything more we would have wanted and as I said, that was not the case with our first agent. If you are discerning and want an excellent realtor, I would strongly suggest you give him a call.

Even for those of us who enjoy journeying to far-off lands, travel can be a pain. From packing to baggage fees to long layovers to lost luggage, there can be a lot of headaches involved—even when the destination far outweighs the hassles of getting there. Unfortunately, non-essential travel has come to a halt throughout much of the world. Fortunately, there's the Internet. Here are a few recommendations for sightseeing in the virtual world—no passport required! African river wildlife cam: htt...

For most of us, Spring Break this year didn't feel very Spring Break-y. For many of us, travel restrictions, stay-at-home orders, venue closures, and school cancellations have made this year's week off feel like anything but a holiday. Fortunately, there are plenty of fun destinations to be found on the Internet for both kids and adults. From zoos to parks to aquariums, here are some recommendations for animal watching that don't involve hours of travel, searching for clean bathrooms, or expen...

It's finally spring—the weather is warming up, flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and it's a great time for families to be outside. Unfortunately, in the midst of the current health crisis, some of the usual spots for group outings are off-limits: playgrounds, some parks, picnic shelters, etc. Kids are home from school for the umpteenth day, and many parents are now working from home and struggling to find activities for their children beyond the work that schools have provided. Plus, when...
