My Client Testimonials

I love Darcey! She has been nothing but helpful and truly has kept our best interest in mind when buying our next house. She's an amazing, honest person and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family.
Because of Darcey, I live in my dream home. We will be forever indebted to her. We were first time home-buyers, I was pregnant and it was the dead of winter. She had a sunny attitude, knew the best neighborhoods to suit our lifestyle, understood our tastes when profiling homes and best of all, navigated us through the murky waters of red tape and paperwork. In fact, I was bracing myself for serious drama when it got to the mortgage, but she made it relatively painless. We will always recommend her!
My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers so the process was a little overwhelming for us initially, but Darcey was extremely knowledgeable and never made us feel like we were asking a stupid question. She explained every step of the process in detail and helped us through it. She always made us feel like she had our best interest in mind and responded to calls, texts and emails almost immediately unless she was out of town, in which case I MAYBE had to wait a half an hour to hear a response. She was also very flexible on meeting times when we wanted her to show us a house, sometimes she would even meet us in as little as an hour after I called. Darcey made us feel like we were her only clients and I know that is rare to find among real estate agents. I will definitely be contacting Darcey in the future if I never want to sell/buy again!
Sweet, professional, very knowledgeable, always available. Darcey made our house-hunting and purchasing experience nothing but positive. Highly recommend.
Darcey has been the most attentive and accomodating real estate agent I have ever worked with. She stays on top of every aspect of the home buying process. It's nice to have an agent help you brainstorm and forecast for anything that is likely to come about good or bad. Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances, the home buying process can be challenging. Due to her diligence and caring, I felt like I could tackle anything that came up. I couldn't imagine using a different agent in the future. Once you have had the Darcey Pearce experience, I guarantee you will feel the same way.

The Best Field Trips on the Internet (Part 1)

For most of us, Spring Break this year didn't feel very Spring Break-y. For many of us, travel restrictions, stay-at-home orders, venue closures, and school cancellations have made this year's week off feel like anything but a holiday. Fortunately, there are plenty of fun destinations to be found on the Internet for both kids and adults. From zoos to parks to aquariums, here are some recommendations for animal watching that don't involve hours of travel, searching for clean bathrooms, or expen...

    Stuck Inside? Take Virtual Hikes!

It's finally spring—the weather is warming up, flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and it's a great time for families to be outside. Unfortunately, in the midst of the current health crisis, some of the usual spots for group outings are off-limits: playgrounds, some parks, picnic shelters, etc. Kids are home from school for the umpteenth day, and many parents are now working from home and struggling to find activities for their children beyond the work that schools have provided. Plus, when...
