After calling several realtors Kayla me back and explained the market was hot so I guess agents were picking and choosing who would bring them the bigger paycheck. Regardless, she was just as busy and helped me sell my home in 3 days! She kept me up to date on everything through calls and texts. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. After I sold my home I knew I wanted to buy another with her as my realtor but unfortunately the locations I was looking at she was unfamiliar but referred me to another realtor that specialized in VA home loans and called me within a week. I'd first like to say that Kayla is friendly. It's easy to call her with any questions. I appreciated her responsiveness and accessibility. She took my calls at just about any hour and accommodated my night shift life. She responds promptly to correspondence throughout the process and after all the paperwork was done and the home was ours she continued to assist with some concerns we had, even while she was on vacation. I found it very valuable that she would contact me with updates. when we'd be waiting on inspections, escrow, or really anything I would tend to just take a break from the home buying process and just live my life. Kayla was fantastic at alerting me to progress, updates, or items I might need to take care of so that I could have short breaks from the process. This was especially nice during my work week when I'd be exhausted. Kayla has a positive attitude and is hard working. She kept our interest in mind and guided us when we weren't sure where to look.
