Buyers Representation In Texas
You want to buy a home! I want to help you buy a home!
I find that as a Realtor we must better educate the buyer on what happens when a Buyer's Representation is signed. This relationship is very important. You are buying a home. It will most likely be the largest purchase you will ever make!
At some point you will sign a Buyer's Representation Agreement. It ties you to that agent for a specific period of time. By signing the Buyer's REPresentation Agreement, Your are agreeing when you want to see a home or write an offer, you are working with that agent. You also need to inform any other Agent that you have Representation.
The agreement cannot be altered or changed unless both buyer and Realtor sign accepting the new changes. The purpose of this agreement, is to create a team of buyer and Realtor that both work hard to reach the same objective, a home for you and your family.
This is a customer service job...when we do things well, we are rewarded with loyal clients. I try and make sure my clients are so happy with me that they would never dream of using anyone else.
If you have signed a Buyers Rep with another agent, I will always ask you to call them to help you.
It is out of respect for my fellow agent.
