Ms. McMillan is a fantastic realtor. She worked with our time crunch and was efficient at finding homes that matched our tastes and criteria. When she had to leave town for a family emergency, she set us up with a coworker and already had the homes arranged for our viewing while she was gone. She was able to introduce us to local sites and point out the pros and cons of each location in town. Once we found the right house, she was instrumental at keeping the bank and seller on track for our closing. Not only would we recommend her but would use her again if the time came. USAA did well setting us up with her.

Sylvia did an excellent job helping with my international relocation. When I arrived to view properties, she was flexible and accommodating to my schedule. Based on my indicated needs she had already created a narrow list of homes to view. Although I looked at several properties, the first property she showed me was the one I ended up selecting. This indicated a genuine interest to help me efficiently and successfully purchase a home. Sylvia possessed a detailed working knowledge about the city, different neighborhoods and builders. She was patient when I requested to view several properties a second time and never pressured me to make a decision. Sylvia is certainly an asset to the real estate enterprise and I highly recommend her services.

My wife & I are planning a move back to Texas from North Carolina. Via a referral from our NC agent we met Sylvia. From Day 1 she was punctual, prepared & ready, she respected our limited time in the area; appointments were made, information was prepared & provided on each home we looked at & at the end of each day, we reviewed new listings of homes that fit our criteria. I have extensive experience being a real estate adviser. In 2019, I closed 69 units and had the 2nd highest closed out-going referrals out of 850 Coldwell Banker Apex Agents . I made the top 10 agent in our office three years running. This has taught me to focus on my clients goals.
