    I have worked with Susan Siemiontkowski in the past and knowing how she is essentially a marketing genius it was very easy to select Susan and Coldwell Banker to market and sell our house due to relocating for a new job. Susan came totally prepared with all comps of houses in the area and we jointly determined an acceptable price for the house. Our house was listed on late Wednesday evening and by the weekend we had three showings and two offers already. Needless to say our house is now SOLD and we are able to focus on packing and buying a house in our new location. Thanks to Susan and Coldwell Banker for making this process professional, easy and quick! We HIGHLY recommend Susan Siemiontkowski for any of your real estate needs.

    My Experience

    • I started my Real Estate career as the Sales & Marketing Manager for a local, award-winning home builder. During my time with the company, I realized there is nothing more rewarding than being part of a family's new home journey. After realizing that I could help many more families in general real estate, I decided to join the Coldwell Banker Alfonso team. This move enables me the opportunity to use my marketing experience to help sell homes. Afterall, if I could sell a home that wasn't even built, imagine what I can with those that are! If you are looking for a new home, I will use my knowledge and resources to find you the house that suits your needs. Helping families reach their real estate goals is a passion of mine so whether you are buying or selling a home, you will be my top priority. 

    My Community Involvement

    • Throughout my career I have been involved with several causes including counseling at a battered women's shelter, creating a pet adoption program for the company I was with as well as helping promote two St. Jude Dream Home Giveaways. There are many other events that I have been involved with to help children and pets across the coast. Quality of life is very important to me and giving time and helping others improve is something that holds a special place in my heart.
