    10 stars! Erin was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor, local subject matter expert, and partner throughout our home buying process. Erin's experience shines through as she not only answers any questions you could think of throughout your process but also proactively manages deadlines and potential roadblocks without causing you any stress! We relocated from another state, and her guidance on the local area and culture was spot on. It can be intimidating relocating far away to a new place, but Erin made my wife and I feel at ease from day one. Additionally, Erin went above and beyond to answer any type of question we had, make calls on our behalf to get things situated at the new home (utilities, contractors, etc), and advocate for us throughout the process. The support and effort she put into our home buying process cannot be matched and far exceeds any realtor experience we have had in the past. Erin never missed a call or text from me over several months, whether morning, afternoon, or evening. Not only was this appreciated, but it is so critical in the real estate business, and yet again, Erin does not disappoint. We will be using Erin for all future buying or selling opportunities and I think anyone who has worked with her will say the same. Top tier real estate agent and top tier person!

    Erin was fabulous to work with and made our move from MS to CA very easy, in spite of all the challenges with COVID, our company's complex relocation requirements, and different time zones. She was always reachable by phone and/or text, and explained all of the steps thoroughly. Thanks, Erin!

    Buying a home can be super stressful so working with the right realtor can make all the difference. For us, Erin was that difference. She knows the area so well and helped navigate us to the right spot based on our needs and desires for out Mississippi home. She was a great listener and didn't adapt our needs/wants to her preferences but instead kept a positive attitude that we would find what we were looking for in a new home. Erin was knowledgeable about all the required paperwork, our specific relocation policies, and was a fair negotiator. This allowed us to move quickly to an agreement and purchase. It there was something Erin wasn't sure of, she would be honest about it and seek out the information we needed to know. Honesty, years of experience, care for clients needs/wants, response time, and a great personality make Erin one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with during relocation.
