When my husband I began this Mississippi journey, we went sure if we wanted to buy land and build or buy an existing home etc etc... we drove around looking at land and called an agent about a lot we liked and the agent never called us back, just blew us off. Maybe because we were out of state almost 2 hours away from where we were looking. Anyway ended up looking at some lots listed by Diane Brown. Called her on New Years eve day, she answered and even looked some lots up for us to look at.
