Candice was introduced to us by a family member to help with the search and purchase of a future retirement home. We were somewhat familiar with the gulf coast but needed more specific details with the "where to's and where not to's" in terms of location and future growth of the area. To further complicate the process we reside in New England, being close to the area during the process wasn't always possible. Candice's knowledge of the area and patience with the search process was unparalleled. Once we had decided on a property, Candice looked after our interests when we were not always in a position to respond immediately. Her attention to detail during the approval and closing process was professional, efficient and thorough. In the end we feel we've purchased our future "dream home" and have gained a friend in the process. A process i don't think would have been possible without her experience.

Our Texas home had sold and we contacted Candice to search for our new home on the Coast. She was aware of our time frame and worked hard to set up showing for us. Candice was aware of our "wish list" and worked diligently with us. After finding our home and our offer was accepted she never stepped back. She kept us updated and was with us every step of the way.
She also assisted our son in purchasing a new home. Working with the builder and the mortgage company. Candice was also there after the sale to help with a a late night problem at the new home.
We have purchased a investment property and she went beyond our expectations. She stayed on top of everything even when the listing agent would not return calls or provide needed information. Had we not had Candice as our realtor we would not have closed.
Candice started out as a realtor - now she is our realtor of choice and also a friend. We look forward to buying/selling more properties and of course

My Community Involvement
- I have been coaching basketball to our youth for ten years and absolutely love it! My first year coaching, I had 13 eight and nine year olds - Last week, I saw a young lady who I coached ten years ago - she's 18 ! Cannot believe how fast time is flying! I also teach Sunday school to our young children.
