I worked closely with Georgene while purchasing a lake home in Nekoosa. By the luck of the internet, I got directed to Georgene and I couldn't be luckier. She was been so patient with all my questions and concerns, while respecting my decisions. She is so kind and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor, and is in constant communication with you through either, text, voicemail, or phone calls. You are never left wondering about what is going on. She does her job very thoroughly and I would highly recommend her. She also has a ton of contacts and knows people in every service that can help new home owners.

From the beginning they went above & beyond in showcasing our home. They used several different media venues to advertise our lake home exposing it to the greatest number of potential buyers. They also provided suggestions for staging. Georgene was very responsive to questions & always kept us updated on any developments. When we moved out of state, Georgene provided local contacts to make some minor repairs & even met them at the house to let them in. We highly recommend using Georgene & Wally. They make a great team & we wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we were in Central Wisconsin.

We could NOT have asked for better realtors to work with. Wally was great! He even helped my husband complete a drawing of the basement including all measurements for the basement remodel during our final walkthrough ??!! Georgene was absolutely amazing! From answering a million late-night questions (I was horrible for those!! ??) to talking me through some extremely difficult times with our lender.... She was amazing! We shared a lot of laughs via phone conversations as well as through text messages. She also was willing to give us advice whenever we needed an outside opinion! This was our first time purchasing a home and these two truly made it a breeze! When we had issues, they were always ready with a solution or advice! We recommend Wally and Georgene 100%. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients, you've found the right ones!!

10/29/2016 - dcslickie Sold a home in 2016. Our experience with Walter & Georgene Orlandoni was very good. They were personable and professional from our very first meeting. If we had any questions we would call and if they couldn't answer their phone at that time, we would leave a message and they always got back to us in a timely manner. They helped us decide on a price based on the home itself and the area we were in. We would definitely recommend them to any of our friends or family if they were looking to purchase a home in the area.
