I hail from NY State, where I worked with Handicapped and Special Needs individuals for over 30 years. My son invited me to visit him in N. Carolina to enjoy a milder winter. Four months later and lots of sunshine, I was selling Real Estate. That was ten years ago. I guess it was only natural that I should select Real Estate as a second career as we owned and managed several rental properties in New York when Rome was a military town. I am still friends with many of my past tenants. R
