I am a native of the Dominican Republic. I moved with my family to New York City in 1989. In 2006, I relocated to North Raleigh, North Carolina with my family. I consider Raleigh, my adopted hometown.
I enjoy discovering new restaurants while exploring different types of food. I like spending time with family and friends. I am passionate about Home design, decorating, and remodeling.
Coming from a very competitive New York City housing market, as a homeowner in Raleigh, North Carolina, I experience firsthand how frustrating and stressful purchasing/selling a house can be. When I moved to North Carolina, finding my dream home was a stressful experience, and at the same time, rewarding. I found the lender and the house that I currently own. Based on my personal experience purchasing my first home, I gained insight of the ins and outs of being a homeowner. I was able to assist friends and family when they were in the process of purchasing or selling their property. I found it rewarding, to view the facial expression of achievement and happiness of my friends and family when they purchased or sold their property. With this said, I will make it a priority to ensure that my clients become familiar with the current market, understand the negotiating and closing process before beginning the property search.
I will enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in making one of the major financial decisions of their life. My current negotiations & contracting background experience, attention to detail, integrity, will be an asset to achieve my client's goals.
