I highly recommend working with Sheila. The purchase process can be difficult and Sheila was always on top of tasks, communicates well and timely, and was flexible and informative. Knowledge and experience of the area is a valuable asset and I appreciate level of comfort that I had throughout the process. We viewed more houses than I had imagined as well as submitted numerous offers that I was comfortable with in the currently competitive market. Great job in a very tough market. We were interested in a wide geographical area and some properties were out of her area. She seamlessly referred us to another agent to show us those properties.

We recently relocated from Utah to Wisconsin. Sheila was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home. Sheila patiently walked us through potential communities, outlining pros and cons. Her knowledge of the different regulations (water rights, property taxes, etc.) helped us make a sound decision. She was also so accommodating to our schedule. My children and I came to Wisconsin for several days and each morning Sheila greeting us with an organized packet of the houses we could see that day. As I coordinated with my husband in Utah, Sheila added or subtracted houses from our list so my husband felt included in the process. She also accommodated my husband weeks later when he flew out to see the house we selected. I highly recommend Sheila to anyone wanting a positive, stress-relieving experience.

Sheila helped us out after a different agent ghosted us. She jumped in and guided us to our new home easily. She was flexible and able to do video tours during the pandemic. She was always up front and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would use her again and recommend her to anyone!

During my home buying experience, Sheila was very responsive and helpful. She worked to setup house showings quickly and organized multiple showings to maximize time. In many cases she was able to get them setup within a in day of us letting her know we were interested in the property. She explained the process of home buying and all of the facets that go into making a good decision. This was greatly appreciated since I was a first home buyer. When I was looking to sell my home in Marshfield and buy a house in Wausau, I was fortunate enough to get to work with Sheila. As with all buyers, I had specifics that I was looking for, and although I could have purchases a home that was in a much higher price point, I opted not to. I realize that this made the task of finding the home I wanted for the price I wanted to pay a little harder, but Sheila worked with me to make it happen. She could have easily directed me to only houses in a higher price point because it would have been easier and quicker, but she did not do that. Although this made her task of finding the right home for me a little harder, she was patient and really cared that I found the right fit for me. Sheila and I were both aware that it would have been easier to find a house that suited my needs in the higher price point but between the knowledge she had of the homes on the market and the fact that she took note of what I did or did not like while showing me homes, she ended up suggesting a home to me that was not only priced right, but had the options and features I was looking for. The knowledge and connections that Sheila had obtained from working in the industry not only yielded a home that I love, but she was also very helpful in all the processes along the way as well as after the sale was finalized. Sheila did not drop off the face of the earth once the sale was done (like many people do in the sales industry). This coupled with the phenomenal customer service and satisfaction Sheila provided me is something that you cannot put a price on. I would, and have recommended Sheila to others I know looking to buy or sell.

Highly recommend! I have a crazy work schedule and Sheila was more then willing to work around my schedule. When I got discouraged about not finding a house Sheila was always positive, optimistic and we had a few laughs along the way.
