During those 30 years I was involved in real estate as an investor. I sold my company in 2000 and moved to South Georgia for a lifestyle change.I started working in the Golf Industry for the next 12 years. Bill was awesome! Last minute, our realtor told us he had a family emergency and wouldn't be available during our house hunting trip down from out of state. I started panicking. Bill picked everything up and set up all the house showings we wanted only days before our trip! He spent a week with us looking at homes back to back all day! He guided us as first time home buyers through the process of putting an offer in and got us exactly what we wanted. He also referred us to a great mortgage company who worked with us. He has even gone back and taken measurements for us.
