Paul is a badass Kung Fu Master of the real estate game. He provided excellent insightful advice throughout my entire home buying experience. This guy is on time and willing to go the extra mile to be sure that you're happy with your purchase. Working with Paul almost makes me want to buy another house just that I can continue to work with Paul. If you're tired of that laid-back Southern attitude of we'll get to it tomorrow, this is the guy for you. I had high expectations that were constantly left on met until I met Paul.

Paul was incredible in the purchasing of our home in Savannah! He went above and beyond what he needed to do to ensure we were 100% satisfied. He was very responsive to all of our emails, texts and calls. He even help us post closing with our home warranty by making a call to ensure we were covered for our need. I absolutely love Paul! My parents were thinking of relocating to Savannah from New Jersey so I posted in the Savannah Facebook group asking for info and advice. Paul reached out to me. He not only found them a great deal on a wonderful house, he showed my dad around Savannah and took him to some cool places. During my initial phone call with him, he was impressive and assured me he could help with my situation. I felt a special connection from the start and he proved to be very knowledgeable at his profession. He was there with me every step through the process. He went over and above anything I had ever seen or heard of any realtor. He continued to follow up with me after the closing and has just been great! Paul-Neal has truly been a blessing for me and my family throughout our real estate process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. I don't normally write reviews but this man truly deserves it so I felt compelled to do so. I know he is very passionate about his job and his clients. I can't say enough great things about Paul-Neal. I had very specific needs in the home I was searching for and he found it! We must have walked through 20 houses together, all of them great houses and with most of the things I was looking for, but not all of them. He was so patient and kept encouraging me that we'd find exactly what I wanted. It's evident he genuinely loves helping people, and for those looking to hire a Realtor, look no further.
