Lyn helped me sell one home and purchase another home a few later. I had left one realtor who has my home listed for 5 months and didn't have one showing. Within a week of signing with Lyn, she sold my home! She's very dedicated and very trustworthy. Lyn did an excellent job! Whenever I had a question or concern about the process she was quick to answer and it was always great advice! The next property I need to purchase, she'll be the one I contract! And when/if I decide to sell my current home, she'll be the listing agent. You can't go wrong in having Lyn as your agent and your friend!

Wow! Lyn is an amazing Realtor and I would never hesitate to recommend her! She has assisted me with four transactions over the last few years and her service and professionalism is second to none. Lyn is truly one of a kind. She is there when you need her to explain ramifications of selling a house (in our case), And then...the follow through. Once again she is there with you while the ink is drying on the contract. She knows her stuff, that's for sure.

Very personable and thorough. Lynn does her research ahead of time when looking for a property so time isn't wasted. This has served us well both in buying AND selling properties. We've used Lynn in numerous situations and she's batting 1.000...Lynn has sold everything we needed to sell and helped us acquire whatever we've wanted to buy. She's offered good, sound advice whenever we asked for it. And that's what you want in a Realtor! You couldn't ask for anything more. She's the best!

She knows the areas of Savannah well and does a good job of getting to know what your likes/dislikes are and trying to find those for you.
