Toured all around Middle Georgia with Leah for four months through the COVID crisis, visiting at least fifty homes, but couldn't find the right home for my very specific family situation. She put together list after list of candidate homes for my review - mostly because our keywords kept changing as we viewed more and more homes. Throughout the process, I never felt rushed or pressured, and she answered all questions and gave insights on things that were invaluable as a first-time home-buyer who was coming from years of apartment living. Leah was very responsive, usually within minutes, and was never a bottleneck - always having all tasks set in motion. Once we found the perfect home that hit all the boxes, she helped put together an aggressive offer and went back and forth with the seller to negotiate the best price, closing costs, and more perks that equated to fantastic savings for us and made it an excellent deal! From there, the hardest part was getting to closing, where Leah coordinated everything along the way, and shared contacts from mortgage lenders to home inspector recommendations. Closing day came and went very smoothly, and now I'm sitting here enjoying my new home!

Leah made herself available at every step of the buying and selling processes, answering questions (no matter how silly or irrational they might have been at the time - we stressed about EVERYTHING...) and allowing us to make multiple visits to the same properties.
