Kayla was always polite, always well dressed, always very professional in her manor. Additionally, she is dedicated to her clients and offers sound advice. She initiates and is aggressive but not pushy. She goes out of her way to make a deal work for her client.

Kayla was an absolute god send. Anyone who has ever tried to buy on the Island knows it’s a jungle out there with limited availability under $250,000 mark. Kayla was constantly keeping me up to date with new listing and was extremely flexible with showing times which is super helpful when you’re a single Mom. Kayla felt more like friend than a realtor going above and beyond the call of duty. She was there for support and did every thing she could to make sure I felt comfortable and happy with my purchase and the conditions surrounding it. I can not recommend her enough shes the perfect combination of heart and fierceness.

Her initiative and work ethic not only got the house under contract but it insured that every thing needed to close the deal happened when it needed to.
