Launch of Coldwell Banker City Centre Realty grows brand presence in booming BC

(Burlington, ON – September 17, 2008.)  Homebuyers and sellers in the greater Vancouver area have something to celebrate.  Consumers will now have access to the renowned Coldwell Banker^® real estate system through an established downtown firm that has now chosen to affiliate with the international brand.  The newly affiliated company will operate as Coldwell Banker City Centre Realty, under the ownership of Brokers Douglas Soo and Marjan Mazaheri, effective immediately.  This latest addition to the Coldwell Banker network brings the brand’s complement of independently owned and operated offices in British Columbia to thirty, continuing a resurgence of the brand’s presence in Canada’s west coast markets. .
