Coldwell Banker Increases Commitment to Raise $4 Million by 2011

for Habitat for Humanity Home Builds

PARSIPPANY, N.J., (Jan. 8, 2008) – Habitat for Humanity International is an ecumenical Christian ministry that welcomes to its work all people dedicated to the cause of eliminating poverty housing. The new campaign commenced January 1, 2008, and continues through December 31, 2011. Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and Coldwell Banker affiliated companies will continue to support local Habitat for Humanity affiliates to raise funds that will assist in the financing of Habitat for Humanity home builds. The new campaign expects to raise significant dollars for Habitat for Humanity and allows more Coldwell Banker franchise affiliate companies to participate through a tiered sponsorship program.

The announcement today follows on the heels of the recently concluded Coldwell Banker 100 Homes for Habitat campaign that raised more than $6 million for local Habitat for Humanity affiliates and financed the construction of more than 130 home builds across the United States and Canada.
