Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC Signs International Master Franchise Agreement for Vietnam
PARSIPPANY, N.J., (August 29, 2007) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that it has signed a master franchise agreement with Winn Enterprises, LLC to open Coldwell Banker® branded offices in Vietnam. Led by its president, Kim Nguyen, Winn Enterprises is a collaboration of partners with strong backgrounds in banking and investment.
