• Following two years as a mortgage administrator, Susanita began her real estate sales career in 1987 in Vancouver, B.C. In 1992, Susanita was offered the position of Director of Training for her company and spent the next three years educating real estate professionals in the United States and Canada. Susanita has been proud to represent Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada as their Western Canadian Contract Trainer.
• Since relocating to Calgary, Susanita has been diligent in expanding her client base and has achieved the highest number of sales in her office from 1999 through to 2007. Susanita has qualified for the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier Award representing the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates Internationally. Susanita is also very proud to have received the Coldwell Banker Ultimate Service Award and is a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board MLS Million Dollar Club.
