• David grew up in Wilmette, Illinois and currently lives on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago's Belmont Harbor neighborhood. A graduate of New York University, David began his career leasing retail space, and eventually crossed over to residential sales. Starting with The Habitat Company, David was awarded "rookie of the year". David later joined Coldwell Banker where he has consistently been a top producer earning everything from The Diamond Society Award to International Presidents Circle Award. David's vast knowledge of the city and it's diverse residential opportunities has proven invaluable helping both buyers and sellers navigate their way through the ever changing real estate transaction process. Although specializing in lakefront condos, David sells Gold Coast mansions, Lincoln Park townhomes, River West lofts and everything in between. David loves what he does and feels privileged to work with such an outstanding organization as Coldwell Banker.
