Coldwell Banker National Media Calendar

This years Coldwell Banker national advertising efforts have begun

The brand will be in a many of the same outlets as last year, but we’ve found some unique opportunities to help set our brand apart in the minds of consumers. Our online efforts will span across search engines as well as popular online destinations. You’ll find Coldwell Banker search ads on all of the major search engines, like Google, Yahoo & Bing, when searching for real estate related terms. In March, you’ll see our banner ads start popping up on sites within the Google Content Network as well as ads that are specifically targeted at those who are search for and browsing real estate content online so we know they are in the midst of the home buying process.

At the end of February, Coldwell Banker ads will begin to hit the air waves. Our unique partnership with ESPN’s Baseball Tonight will feature the Coldwell Banker Demo Field segment as a regular part of the program and Coldwell Banker will be the exclusive sponsor of Demo Field for the entire baseball season. On HGTV, you will yet again see Coldwell Banker ads on programming that reaches our target market with our ads appearing on House Hunters, House Hunters International, Designed to Sell and more. We’ll again partner with HGTV to create custom vignettes that will be shown before commercial breaks on select programs that feature Coldwell Banker tools and how they help today’s buyer or seller.

And that’s just the beginning! Our TV ads will also be seen across a variety of cable entertainment and news networks. Our online efforts will take us into the world of mobile and we’ll continue to grab attention on YouTube by driving traffic to Coldwell Banker On Location.
