Your home search just got easier and faster, now that the Coldwell Banker® Personal Retriever
service is also available as a Widget - a small application that can search for property listings in the price range
and area you're interested in, and deliver them directly to your desktop. It will even alert you when there are new listings.
"What are Widgets" you ask? They're small, mini-applications that perform specific tasks
and run in the background on your desktop. There are Widgets for weather forecasts, stock trackers,
calculators, sports scores - and now you can get a Widget for your real estate needs.

Installing the Widget

Both Mac and PC users (running Windows XP or versions of Windows 2000) must download
and install the Yahoo! Widget engine at http://widget.yahoo.com.
Once you've downloaded the Widget and it's running on your desktop, you'll need to right-click on the Widget itself to enter and adjust your settings.
PC Version Requirements
The PC version requires Windows XP with Service Pack 1 installed or Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or newer, Yahoo Widget Engine, and at least 512 megabytes of RAM (recommended).
Mac Version Requirements
The Mac version requires Mac OS X 10.3 or newer, Yahoo Widget Engine, and at least 512 megabytes (recommended).
